Content Moderation Policy

1. Overview
Girls in Sync is an AI-only companion platform. All content β characters, images, text, and voice β is generated by artificial intelligence. No real people are depicted. No user-uploaded content is permitted.
This document outlines our content moderation framework, designed to comply with card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard), applicable laws, and payment processor requirements.
2. Prohibited Content
The following content categories are strictly prohibited:

3. Passive Moderation
Automated systems that prevent prohibited content without human intervention:
3.1 Image Generation Blacklist
All image generation prompts are checked against a blacklist of 30+ banned terms in English and Russian, covering all prohibited categories. Matching prompts are rejected immediately.
3.2 LLM Safety Refusal Filter
80+ regex patterns in English and Russian intercept and gracefully handle safety refusals from the AI, replacing them with natural in-character redirections.
3.3 Conversation Pacing
A 4-level escalation system controls content progression based on message count:

3.4 No User Uploads
The platform provides no mechanism for users to upload photos, videos, or media. All visual content is generated server-side by AI under controlled conditions.
4. Active Moderation
4.1 Content Reporting
Users can report content via the in-app Report button (available on profiles and in chat) or through Settings β Report a Problem. Report categories include: Illegal content, Underage content, Non-consensual content, Harassment, and Other. All reports trigger an immediate alert to the admin team.
4.2 Admin Dashboard
Real-time monitoring of all conversations, user management tools, and analytics dashboards for content generation and report tracking.
4.3 AI Model Verification
Every AI companion must pass verification before publication: automated quality scoring (minimum 60/100), at least 5 photos, and human review by designated verifiers.
4.4 Real-Time Alerts
Instant Telegram notifications to the admin team for content reports, generation failures, service disruptions, and suspicious activity.

6. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed quarterly, after significant incidents, when regulations change, or when new features are added.
