1. Introduction
Welcome to Girls in Sync ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Girls in Sync platform, including our website, Telegram Mini App, and all related services.
Girls in Sync is operated by GIRLS IN SYNC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 15920644, with registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, also operating through Motosurfing s.r.o., IČO: 53680375, registered at M. Schneidra Trnavského 3606/2E, 841 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Girls in Sync. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify your age and to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under 18.
Upon first access, you will be required to confirm your age through our age verification gate. This confirmation is recorded and stored.
3. Nature of the Platform
Girls in Sync is an AI-only companion platform. All characters, profiles, images, voice messages, and conversational responses on the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence. No real individuals are depicted. All visual content is synthetically generated by AI systems.
The AI companions are fictional characters designed for entertainment purposes. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
4. Account Registration
You may create an account using your Telegram account or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
5. Credits & Payments
The Platform uses an internal credit system. Credits can be purchased using various payment methods including Telegram Stars, bank cards (via third-party payment processors), TON cryptocurrency, and other supported methods.
All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by GIRLS IN SYNC LTD or Motosurfing s.r.o. depending on your region. The merchant name on your payment statement may appear as either entity.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide enhanced access including unlimited messages, voice messages, and exclusive content. Subscription periods are 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription expires, you will revert to the free tier and may purchase a new subscription at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Generate, request, or distribute any content depicting minors in a sexual context
- Generate content depicting non-consensual sexual activity
- Generate content depicting bestiality, incest, or extreme violence
- Attempt to create deepfakes or imitations of real individuals
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Circumvent any content moderation systems
- Distribute Platform content outside the Platform without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform's systems
8. Content Moderation
We maintain comprehensive content moderation systems including automated keyword blacklists, prompt filters, and human review. Our full Content Moderation Policy is available at /legal/moderation.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, without prior notice.
9. Content Reporting
If you encounter content that you believe is illegal or violates these Terms, you can report it using:

All reports are reviewed by our team. We aim to review and respond to reports within 24 hours.
10. Intellectual Property
All content generated by the Platform (including AI-generated images, text, and voice) is owned by GIRLS IN SYNC LTD. Your use of such content is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes within the Platform.
11. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Any remaining credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of AI-generated content.
Girls in Sync is an entertainment platform. AI companions are not real people and should not be treated as substitutes for real human relationships or professional advice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIRLS IN SYNC LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
